Easy 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 Cup (over flowing) of peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup of sugar
Mix the 3 ingredients with a spatula and chill for 30 minutes. Roll in balls and put on baking sheet. Then take saucer and put a layer of white sugar on it. Take fork and lightly coat in sugar. Then press down on cookie in one direction. Coat fork again and press cookie down in the opposite direction. The famous criss-cross pattern!
Bake for 8 - 10 minutes in a preheated 350 deg. Oven
